Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All online returns must receive prior authorization.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item or it was defective), shipping charges will be refunded.
Please note we handle all returns on a case-by case basis. We are a manufacturing facility and many of our products will be made or modified at the time of order. If an item is defective or incorrect, replacement parts or a refund will be offered. Once your return is received, it will be inspected, and we will then notify you about the approval of your refund.

We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S., please contact us if you would like to place an order from outside of the U.S.
